Return and exchange policy: Consumer Notice for online purchases

To receive a refund or make an exchange for an online purchase: 

Please notify us as soon as possible about the fault and we will advise you on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.

If you have changed your mind, shoelaces, hats and gloves cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene reasons. If they are faulty then please bring them in for an exchange. We will check them and assist if we can to make sure they are working properly. Sale collection items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may NOT be returned.

SHOES: If you have a change of mind then the item being returned for a refund must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

ELECTRONIC ITEMS: All electronic items must include all packaging and accessories. If batteries were included that should also be returned. If there is a malfunction due to a mechanical or technical fault we will gladly refund or exchange the item.

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping costs for ‘change of mind’ purchases or incorrect items purchased are to be covered by the purchaser. We will try our very best to keep the additional costs to a minimum.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange for a bigger or smaller size or a different style provided the item is in new condition, unworn and unwashed. We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please give us a call or send us a WhatsApp at 0764318030 and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. We cannot hold exchange items indefinitely, so please let us know as  soon as possible.

RETURNS

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM? Ok, no problem. Here’s how: All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and with packaging and accessories. If the accessories and packaging are not included we may charge a handling fee. Please do get in touch with us if this is the case, we do understand that sometimes the packaging is damaged or not available. We may be able to exchange and replace the item with a new but unboxed item.

For hygiene reasons shoelaces, hats and gloves cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Promotional, discounted and sale items may NOT be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for size if stock is available.

All conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
