The store will only exchange items that are in saleable condition. If there seems to be a factory fault we will consider a refund after consulting with the manufacturer. No exchanges due to defects caused by the passing of time and normal wear and tear. For an exchange or refund items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. We try as far as possible to ensure that all items in the store leave us in perfect working condition. As with all electronic items there is a possibility of malfunction. All items are fairly durable if used for its purpose and if all safety measures are followed.
Shoelaces, hats and gloves cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If they are faulty then please bring them in for an exchange. We will check them and make sure they are working properly. Sale collection items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may NOT be returned.

SHOES: If a shoe is being returned for a refund it must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.
ELECTRONIC ITEMS: All electronic items must include all packaging and accessories. If batteries were included that should also be returned. When we receive the item we will inform you whether it is eligible for a refund or an exchange. All shipping costs for ‘change of mind’ purchases or incorrect items purchased are to be covered by the purchaser. We will try our very best to keep the additional costs to a minimum.
You can exchange for a bigger or smaller size or a different style provided the item is in new condition, unworn and unwashed. We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. We cannot hold exchange items indefinitely, so please let us know as soon as possible.
WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM? Ok, no problem. Here’s how: All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and with packaging and accessories. If the accessories and packaging are not included we may charge a handling fee. Please do get in touch with us if this is the case, we do understand that sometimes the packaging is damaged or not available. We may be able to exchange and replace the item with a new but unboxed item.
